Friday Mar. 23rd 9:00pm @  Black  Sheep Pub on Frazier Ave.

(opening for local band  "Mr. Quik & The Gunslinger")

I just got the brand new Lamb Handler  CD's in the mail yesterday.

"The Shepherds of Rock"  is 14 tracks of some  great 4-piece band, high-energy guitar oriented rock n roll with wonderful melodic vocals, the kind of  stuff to wake You  up in the morning.  Anybody who's wishing they could find something new to revitalize their hard rock affections should definitely get ahold of a copy of this disk at their upcoming shows in Chattanooga & Asheville, NC.

I'll be making the rounds to the local radio stations today with my remaining promo copies.  All the rock stations would do well to start playing these  fresh songs with  a catchy,  upbeat,  hard edged sound.  All songs on the disk are right for radio play and are sure to capture the attention of anyone looking for some new tunes to listen to over and over.   Anybody who likes Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age, Alice in Chains etc.  will also appreciate this band.  Lamb Handler gets right  to the point with their guitar riffs and jump right into the meat of their songs right from the beginning.  No messing around.

Although any song on The Shepherds of Rock would work in most rock oriented radio shows my personal favorites would be the slightly rougher numbers toward the end of the disk.

            Suggested tracks  for radio play

            1. We Will Follow You

            2. Piled High

            4. Shiver Me Timbers

            7. Racin' with Racers

            11. As Smooth As You Need It

            12 Roger The Dodger

The whole CD is very listenable.
